In France, Valentin's Day is 'in' again right after D-Day, when US GI's seduce European beauties telling them about the Love Day. Symbolized by the heart and Cupidon angel, it is nowadays a celebration of all types of Love and the occasion for the Valentin's and the Valentine's to exchange gifts, as allegories of their love.
