Most of the pieces from the PAOZ collection are made from a gold string in 18k: gold string bracelet, gold string ring, gold string pin. The special touch of this collection is its simplicity while offering a thorough resistance enough for the jewels to be worn every day. The gold string blends with the skin, it gets almost forgotten.
All PAOZ jewels are manufactured in France in the very same workshop as for the DFLY collection: a specific sleight of hand is required to perfectly manufacture each piece of the collection.
Beyond manufacturing, as a key specialist of lab grown diamonds in Paris, DFLY takes care of sourcing the stones: all diamonds are lab grown, thus have no impact on biodiversity, no impact on social conflicts and carry a reasonable carbon footprint when properly sourced. Moreover, all lab grown diamonds of the PAOZ collection are selected for their very high quality standard: indeed, color is minimum E (on a scale starting at letter D, top quality, to Z), and clarity is VS1, meaning “very small inclusion 1”, thus carrying inclusions that are so small they are invisible to the human eye.
Gold that is used for the PAOZ collection is the same as the one used for the DFLY one: it is yellow gold 18k (750/000), the official gold titration for high end jewelry in France. Also, it is recycled gold, much better for the planet. Our gold meets requirements from the SAAMP label, it can come from old jewelry, monetary items, production waste from the jewelry sector, industry or industry 'computer science. It is then reprocessed to get a 99.99% purity.
